Why do Admin users need to verify their identity?

Access based identity verification enhances your account security.

To further strengthen the security of your Zeller Account, identity verification is now required for Admin users with unrestricted access to accounts, cards, and expense management.

Existing Admin users will receive an email prompting them to complete identity verification. Users may follow the email link or sign in directly to the Zeller Dashboard. After signing in, select Yes, Verify my ID to start the process.

New Admin users will be prompted to verify their identity during account setup.

Alternatively, Admin users can access the verification screen at any time by:

  • Clicking the Profile Icon in the top right corner of the Zeller Dashboard
  • Selecting Profile Settings
  • Navigating to the Security tab
  • Clicking Verify my ID

Once the process is complete, the user's verification status will be reviewed and updated within 1–2 business days.
